Friends! I am so excited to share that my friends at The Center are hosting a live webinar and Q&A the day after my book releases to talk about “Hard Questions within the Church”.
Here is the description: Where should Christians—especially adolescents and young adults—wrestle with their hardest and most vulnerable questions about sex, sexuality, and gender? Ideally, they’ll do this wrestling in community with fellow Christians: in churches and youth groups and Bible studies and one-on-one conversations. Unfortunately, many young people get the impression that the church doesn’t have space for their hard questions. Either they stay quiet and wrestle alone, or they leave their faith community in order to face their questions honestly.
But what if we could help churches become the safest places to ask these questions? In our first fall webinar, special guest Brenna Blain will cast this vision as she shares about her new book, Can I Say This? She’ll help us reimagine how faith communities can invite everyone to meet Jesus in the midst of their hardest questions.
